2023: Presentation of the product "Unified Form of Information"

On May 15, 2023, MOLGA Consulting presented its product for filing data in accordance with the requirements of the Social Fund of Russia.

Since January 2023, the PFR and the FSS have merged into a new fund - the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation, or the Social Fund of Russia (EMF), in connection with which the legislative requirements for the submitted reports have changed. In accordance with the Resolutions of the Management Board of the Russian Federation dated 31.10.2022 No. 245p and No. 246p, instead of the previous forms (СЗВ-ТД, СЗВ-ПСТ, ODV-1 (Section 5), 4-FSS and DSV-3), the Unified Form of Information (EFS-1) must be submitted to the EME, and MOLGA Consulting offered a product for its automatic formation.

The product from MOLGA Consulting is a single program with all sections, which allows users to prepare a single report for submission to the fund or select a specific section (s) by specifying it (s) on the selection screen. In this case, you can generate data in three formats: PDF and XML - in accordance with the requirements of the law, as well as ALV - for the ability to verify data in a convenient format before generating an XML report for each section of the form.

Within the framework of the proposed product, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Labor of Russia dated 27.12.2022 No. 818n, automatic filling of section 2, subsection 2.1.1 "Information on the taxable base and calculated contributions for organizations with allocated independent classification units (CIE) or for state institutions" was carried out, as well as CIE maintenance and their use in calculating% of NSP and PD. The approach used in the implementation makes it possible to use client solutions for maintaining OKVED and tariffs of NPS contributions, and to use the product from MOLGA Consulting, including those clients who have already implemented their decision on maintaining CIE.

The product "YeFS-1" has a number of features useful for the escort team. Among them, MOLGA Consulting noted the presence of a solution card built into the program, as well as the expandability of the program functionality due to the provided expansion points, descriptions of them in the documentation, which simplifies the adaptation of the program to future possible changes in legislative requirements. The approach to the implementation of the ALV screen is also noteworthy, built in such a way that when new fields are added to existing sections of the report, they will be uploaded to ALV automatically, without modifying the code.

Like all solutions from MOLGA, "YeFS-1" is accompanied by a full set of documentation and user instructions, as well as, due to the fact that this solution is a legislative requirement of 2023, it is also included in the supply of its own "notes" from MOLGA Consulting, which the company issues as part of the SAP HCM localization support area.
