2023: Implementation of "ATI.SU: ATI Sites"

On May 16, 2023, ATI.SU Freight Exchange announced that Marshal Group of Companies has integrated the ATI.SU logistics service into its own transportation ecosystem. The introduction of cloud tools made it possible to attract other carriers and optimize communication with customers.

According to the company, to optimize the quality of work and automate internal processes, the management of the Marshal company decided to use the ATI.SU Platforms logistics SaaS platform - a service for organizing and automating road cargo transportation: from distribution of cargo to registration and analytics of cargo transportation.

At the end of the implementation, the Marshal company appeared:

  • channel for attracting the target pool of freight carriers;
  • possibility of prompt notification of carriers about cargo at the site;
  • the ability to create sites for specific routes and directions;
  • the functionality of bidding to save the budget;
  • support of electronic document management through the ATI-Docks system;
  • Out-of-the-box request templates for the most demanding customers
  • mechanism of automatic sending of invitations to the sites of the company "Marshal" in the corporate style;
  • possibility of monitoring transport during the flight.

The implementation of the project took about two months. In order to optimize the process, Marshal identified responsible employees who were engaged in the integration of tools, and also actively interacted with their personal manager ATI.SU to attract carriers to the sites and consult on functionality.

As a result of the introduction of the ATI.SU Sites service, it was possible to increase the conversion of closing applications by an average of 10-15%, depending on the complexity of the direction, the volume of cargo, the number of carriers and other factors.

As of May 2023, 19 target sites have already been created, including 18 specialized ones for certain areas, where more than 2,000 freight carriers are present. It became possible to conduct trading in popular areas.

During the implementation, the process of interaction with contractors was optimized, it became possible to form a permanent pool of freight carriers without using CRM tools. For permanent carriers, it is now possible to set special conditions for cooperation. Also, changes were made to the offer agreement that allow accounting transactions with applications directly through ATI-Docks - a system of legally significant electronic document management for participants in the freight market.

As a bonus, Marshal employees were able to test the Search for Active Carriers tool, which also helped attract performers. The service issues a ranked list of carriers with ATI.SU that meet the customer request criteria, this helps to select the most suitable candidates for cooperation.
