Availability of counterparty safety signals to paid users in the "ATI.SU Member Passport"

On February 21, 2023, the Exchange cargo transportation ATI.SU announced the update of the section "ATI.SU Participant Passport" - which reflects how Exchange participants and related firms conduct business. Now for all paid users of the Exchange, signals have become available in the "Passport" - safety indicators demonstrating whether a counterparty can be trusted. Data for it are provided by the Exchange's partners: "+" Traffic light() SKB Kontur and "Reputation."

Security signals are displayed at the main and associated company and by the color of the signals you can quickly understand whether the counterparty has debts, problems with the law, and so on. Related firms are additional firms of an ATI.SU participant that are listed in his "Passport," for example, they can be subsidiaries, companies with the same owners, etc. Previously, security signals were only available to special license holders. Now all participants who have paid for at least one license have security signals available - they allow them to quickly understand whether the counterparty can be trusted. Also, directly from the "Passport" now you can get a report with detailed information about the company.

Security signals and reports are formed on the basis of an analysis of dozens of external sources and allow you to quickly understand how the counterparty fulfills its obligations and whether additional verification of it is needed before starting work.

Three signal colors are provided. Green means that the counterparty can be trusted, but if in doubt, you can look into the report. Yellow - there are suspicious facts, and more verification is needed. If there is a red signal with the contractor, you should not cooperate without careful study of his report.

Detailed information on participants is provided in the Traffic Light + and Reputation reports. They can be studied both once, to check one company, and unlimited - for all companies. In the first case, it is enough to buy a separate report, in the second - to pay for a month the corresponding license. Examining reports helps to see signs bankruptcies, debts, judicial lawsuits and other problems with the law, if a participant has them, to exclude from the list of potential partners of a one-day company.

"Traffic light +" helps to check not only ATI.SU participants, but also any legal entities and individual entrepreneurs from Russia and Kazakhstan. The report provides a list of related firms and court cases, signs of bankruptcy and other risks, as well as recommendations for cooperation.

Reputation provides advanced analytics for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs from Russia - it is also possible to download the report there. It allows you to familiarize yourself with court cases, see a map of connections and get other information for deep analysis.

The company made the signals available to all paid users. Together with reports, they are an important transaction security tool, and can be an additional argument when deciding to work with a particular company. The way the company works on the Exchange is only part of its activities. It is important that participants consider external factors as well. This makes it possible to protect against risks, for example, not to lose cargo or transportation fees,
commented Svyatoslav Wilde, founder and director of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange.

Start filters that make service easier for shippers, freight forwarders, and carriers

The exchange cargo transportation ATI.SU reported on January 11, 2023 that filters appeared on the open "ATI.SU Sites" to simplify work with the service for both consignors forwarding agents and carriers.

"ATI.SU sites" help organize processes in a closed circuit, this is their main difference from the "ATI.SU Exchange." Also, thanks to "Sites," all market participants can automate their work: from publication and distribution of cargo to registration of transportation and analytics. There are two types of "Sites": closed - designed to interact with a trusted pool of performers, and open - they allow you to work with both your partners and attract others.

The launch of filters at open "Sites" made them more accessible primarily for carriers. Now they can independently search for and select them according to certain parameters, actively enter the "Sites" and receive the most suitable proposals for the transportation of goods.

You can search both by the characteristics of the goods and the "Sites" themselves. Filtering by cargo provides for three parameters - route, weight and volume. Filters of the "Sites" themselves - division by type, conditions for participation (account requirements, list of documents), city and parameters of the owner company, availability of goods with the possibility of bidding. Thanks to the filters, only the relevant Sites will be displayed in the search results.

Carriers of "ATI.SU Sites" are given access to exclusive goods that are not on the "ATI.SU Exchange." They also simplify interaction with the customer and allow to store information transportation in one system. Cargo owners and freight forwarders - help filter a large stream of carriers and select only reliable and trusted performers.

The service allows you to pre-select participants according to specified qualification criteria, such as no claims, a certain rating level, and the availability of mandatory documents. If the carrier does not meet the requirements, then his application is simply rejected. This helps to collect a pool of verified counterparties and, if desired, cooperate with them in the long term and at the closed "ATI.SU Sites."

File:Aquote1.png
The updated "ATI.SU Sites" help organize and simplify work with counterparties to all participants in the logistics process. With the help of platform tools, they can quickly find partners, optimize all processes, develop and scale their business. These filters help to create a list of customers only in the directions of interest, assess their activity and reliability, and only after that begin to cooperate. As a result, everything wins - the carrier works with the segment it needs, and the cargo owner finds the most suitable performers,
commented Svyatoslav Wilde, founder and director of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange.

Optimization of interface, service for finding loads of performers and functionality of "ATI.SU Sites"

At the end of November 2022, the capabilities of the open "Sites" were updated. ATI.SU The interface, service search, cargoes performers and functionality of the Sites themselves were improved. Filters have also appeared in the system that make it easier to work with the service for both shippers and. carriers This was announced by the development company on December 13, 2022.

Cloudy The platform "Sites ATI.SU" appeared in 2016 as a response to a market request. In addition to search for partners (cargo owners or carriers) users of the ATI.SU Exchange, and in general, participants, there industries was an increasing need to optimize logistic processes. For example, it was necessary to automate routine operations or the ability to work with trusted partners in a closed digital space. The sites were created to help cargo owners and carriers interact more effectively with each other, including through the automation of the main logistics processes.

First, closed Sites were developed. Not only users of the ATI.SU Exchange began to work for them, but also other companies for which a closed platform was important as a tool for working with an existing pool of performers, as well as current logistics IT services. Then the open Sites appeared - their main feature is that they allow you to attract potential partners to work.

Thanks to the latest updates of the open Sites, carriers can, using various filters, find suitable counterparties for the cargo and destinations of interest. Clear and convenient segmentation allows you to form a sample and start working with partners. Cargo owners with freight forwarders also benefit from this, receiving better offers from carriers.

Open Sites are displayed in the ATI.SU Member Passport. This helps to receive applications from interested counterparties who want to cooperate with a specific company. The Passport also records the activity of the Site owner, which makes it possible to assess its quality.

Updated qualification settings allow you to simplify the selection of counterparties and make it more efficient. The Site Owner may indicate that he is ready to cooperate with carriers who have a certain rating level, necessary documents, etc. When applying for entry, the contractor will see the requirements and will be able to send his data for verification. Such a mechanism makes it possible to collect only verified partners on the Site.

"ATI.SU sites" help to quickly and efficiently solve logistics tasks such as search for vehicles, distribution of orders and control of their execution. ATI.SU tools and services simplify these processes and allow you to spend more time on other issues.

File:Aquote1.png
The company creates and develops digital solutions that are beneficial for all participants in the freight transportation market and optimize the business processes of each of them. The updated format of open platforms makes the service more convenient for carriers. Now it is possible to independently search for sites according to certain parameters and actively join them. This tool will be useful, help users streamline logistics processes, find permanent partners and scale their business,
commented Svyatoslav Wilde, founder and director of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange.

The ability to indicate a bid at the auction

The Freight Exchange ATI.SU has updated the trading mechanism. ATI.SU announced this on August 2, 2022.

The new rules will help cargo owners receive transportation offers at the price as close as possible to market value, and carriers - save time by the fact that they can immediately put the desired price on their services.

In the updated version of trading on the "ATI.SU Exchange," carriers can both immediately indicate the rate at which they are ready to carry the cargo, and with reference to the step set by the shipper. If the bet suits the customer, he will complete the auction in favor of the contractor who offered the most favorable price. This automatically generates a delivery order for the shipment. This results in significant time savings for all participants in the supply chain and minimizes human error. If, for some reason, the customer is not satisfied with the winner's bet, then he will be able to change it by manually choosing another of the bidders.

The change will also affect the "End-to-End Bidding," which is held at the "ATI.SU Sites" among carriers of the Atrucks and ATI.SU system with the participation of forwarding agents. On them, rates will be set already taking into account the commission of intermediaries, and all changes in the step will be displayed on both platforms. You can launch tenders and participate in them both at open and closed "Sites."

The ability to bet on the introduced rules is already available in the desktop and mobile versions of the ATI.SU Exchange.

{{quote "We analyzed the behavior of users and noticed that carriers spend quite a lot of time waiting for others to make their bets, and they themselves are included in the process almost at the last minute of trading. The task of our update is to optimize this process. If the carrier is guided in the market and understands which rate it will definitely interrupt and which one will be competitive, then it does not need to go down gradually and at the same time constantly monitor the actions of other bidders. He can immediately put a rate that suits him and receive an order, - commented Svyatoslav Wilde, founder and director of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange. }}

Start Automatic Delivery Note Filling Service

The exchange cargo transportation "" ATI.SU on June 1, 2022 announced the expansion of the platform cloudy "Sites ATI.SU." The service in its composition allows you to automatically fill transport out invoices, thereby saving time for paperwork and reducing the number of routine operations.

In Russia, each cargo transportation must be accompanied by a bill of lading filled out in a single approved form. Carriers receive the document in paper form from shippers, who in turn print the invoice from their systems or from an excel file and fill in manually. If there are a lot of goods and cars, then the process takes a lot of time and does not exclude errors. The Ministry of Transport plans to transfer all transportation documents to electronic form within a few years, and the waybills became the "pioneer." The procedure for exchanging them will enter into force on September 1, 2022.

ATI.SU Freight Exchange decided to help its customers automate transportation as much as possible and simplify the work with invoices. Now, when all orders are made through the Exchange, an excel file with an already filled invoice is automatically formed. It contains the data of cargo, transport, driver and details. The shipper may edit the document, download, send to the counterparty, or print and hand over in person. If you change the data in the order, the information in the invoice is updated automatically.

To form an invoice, electronic documents in ATI-Docks and an electronic signature are not required. The service will create and fill it in anyway. If multiple shippers and consignees are specified, separate invoices will be automatically created for each consignee. The carrier can also independently download the completed document from the "Orders to you" section.

The service uses an up-to-date single template, and if the Ministry of Transport of Russia changes its form, it will also change on the ATI.SU Exchange website.

The service is not limited only to the automatic filling of invoices. For each contact of each ATI.SU user, the document set can be customized individually. For example, if a logician wants to generate and print a specific summary from an order, then this function can also be implemented in a custom version. As well as the use of a certain form of documents - another country or internal corporate.

So, for one of the large customers of ATI.SU, the service was supplemented with the ability to automatically fill out three more documents according to the company's templates. This greatly simplified the operation of warehouses, from which many cargoes are sent daily.

File:Aquote1.png
This service greatly simplifies the process of paperwork for shippers, automates it and eliminates the need to fill out invoices manually. It will be especially useful for those companies that have many orders, daily flights and a large fleet of vehicles. Automatically filling out invoices eliminates errors in them and problems due to the use of outdated forms. This is another step towards electronic document management, which significantly saves the strength, time and money of all participants in the supply chains,
commented Svyatoslav Wilde, founder and director of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange.

Ability to configure automatic copy of shipments from partners from Atrucks

cargo transportation ATI.SU On May 16, 2022, the Exchange introduced additional features cloud service of the "ATI.SU Site." They allow you to optimize logistic operations by reducing manual labor and increasing the transparency of all processes.

The ATI.SU Sites service is part of the ecosystem that is developing on the basis of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange. With its help, companies can automate almost the entire supply chain: from finding an executor to analyzing the effectiveness of all their transportation.

Users of the updated version of the "ATI.SU Site" can now configure automatic copying of loads from their partners from the Atrucks system. Registration on both platforms is required to download the data. The cargo that the cargo owner will put on Atrucks will automatically appear on the Forwarding Agent's Site on ATI.SU. In this case, the rate in the cargo will be changed taking into account the commission specified in the copy settings. And the Through Bidding mode will allow carriers with ATI.SU to bid for cargo on a par with carriers with Atrucks. If the bidders from the partner platform participate in the auction, this will affect the forwarding agent in the list of participants. In the history of the cargo, it will also be possible to see what bets and from which platform were made.

To automate the cargo distribution process, the Exchange launched the "Contract Distribution" service, which allows you to automatically assign cargo to carriers. To take advantage of the functionality, the cargo owner must enter the data of the current contract with the carrier on ATI.SU, indicating the cost of transportation for each direction from the contract. After that, orders added to the site in this direction will be assigned to the desired performer themselves. If the contractor does not take up the order, he will be published for other carriers at the selected Sites.

In addition, the service now allows you to pre-select participants for "Open Sites" according to the specified criteria. Among them may be the absence of claims, the minimum rate, the presence of documents specified by the customer or a commercial offer. The carrier will not be able to apply if he has not loaded the necessary documents, and the entrance to the sites will be closed to him in case of non-compliance with the requirements. This should help cargo owners find suitable performers faster and immediately begin cooperation with them.

Upon completion of the order, the "ATI.SU Sites" will automatically give the carrier a rating on a 5-point scale. It will be influenced by punctuality, reliability, stability and safety. The rating will help the cargo owner understand how performers cope with their work and whether their level meets their needs.

Also, the Exchange participants in the updated format have access to the Search for Active Carriers service. It helps companies find new performers in a short time and, if necessary, analyze the carrier market along the desired route. Cargo owners working on international routes can use the web version of the service for free.

File:Aquote1.png
We constantly add capabilities and quickly refine existing tools to meet the needs of customers and taking into account their processes. Current updates will further reduce the number of manual routine operations. In addition, in a situation where foreign developers leave the Russian market and stop their logistics automation services, ATI.SU Sites become a reliable import substitution tool. We offer a completely domestic solution that closes all business tasks of representatives of the transport and logistics sphere, - commented Svyatoslav Wilde, founder and director of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange.

Adding the Subdivisions Tool

At the ATI Sites, a SaaS platform for the distribution of goods among trusted counterparties, the Subdivisions tool appeared. This became known on December 2, 2020. Thanks to it, service users, large cargo owners and forwarding companies, can distinguish between employees' access to working information and, thus, make their logistics processes more transparent and flexible.

The ATI Sites service is part of the ecosystem that is developing on the basis of the Exchange and cargo transportation ATI.SU is aimed at digitizing all processes in the logistics chain. With the help of the service, companies can automate almost the entire process of organizing transportation: from finding an executor to controlling transportation in real time and exchanging documents upon completion of work. All routine operations are performed by the system, the specialist only monitors its actions, receiving instant notifications about the change in the status of the request, the appointment of the carrier, the change in the location of the cargo, etc.

Large companies from FMCG and manufacturing, which have a developed network of branches, shared that it would be more convenient to use ATI Sites if the system provided for the ability to distinguish between employee access to workflows. So the idea appeared to create a tool - "Subdivisions."

It allows you to distribute employees between departments, for example, by regional characteristics, by area of responsibility or by some other criteria important to the business. Within departments, you can give limited rights to work with loads, work with machines, administer departments and administer sites, as well as appoint managers responsible for certain processes. Thanks to the updated service structure, employees of different branches will not intersect and interfere with each other's work.

In addition, the tool helps to use analytics more efficiently. Performance reports can be obtained for each business unit, not for the company as a whole. More detailed data will allow you to assess which department saves more, for example, when bidding for the placement of cargo transportation, who processes more orders, for which processes it is necessary to attract more or, on the contrary, fewer employees.

File:Aquote1.png
We set ourselves a large-scale task - to make standard processes related to road cargo transportation more flexible and transparent. We are trying to achieve this by digitizing all stages of the supply chain. We have already launched various services and tools that meet this task, including our 'Divisions' tool at the'ATI Sites'. It makes the work of large companies within our digital ecosystem more transparent and flexible, and also helps managers better control the work of employees and the entire transportation process, - comments Svyatoslav Wilde, manager of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange

Ability to change user IDs

The ATI.SU Freight Exchange has expanded the ability to change user IDs. This became known on November 16, 2020.

Now Exchange users can purchase a code from any unoccupied: they can choose a number with a memorable combination of numbers from the categories "Golden," "Silver" and "Bronze" or set an arbitrary one. The unique code is easily remembered by counterparties, which makes it easier to find a participant on the Exchange.

When registering on the "ATI.SU Freight Exchange," each user receives his own ID - ATI code. This is a unique number that can be used along with TIN and OGRN to quickly search for Exchange participants on the site. Also, the ATI code plays an important role in communication between cargo owners, freight forwarders and carriers: often the first thing they ask when phoning a new counterparty is his code in ATI in order to quickly view his Passport on the Exchange and get some express analysis of its reliability.

A random and often complex set of numbers is not easy to remember, so the ATI.SU Freight Exchange provided users with such a service - buying any unoccupied code. To do this, the user needs to go to the "ATI Payment" page and select "Change ATI Code." There are two ways to purchase an ID. The first is to choose the combination of numbers offered on the site in one of three categories. The "golden" code, for example, 9999 or 5858, can be purchased for about 20-25 thousand rubles. "Silver" like 522522 - for 14-17 thousand. "Bronze" codes, for example, 24555, can be bought for 11-12 thousand.

The second way is to choose arbitrary and unoccupied code. It can be a company phone number, a special date or just a short combination of numbers that partners will easily remember. The cost of such a code will be known after entering it in a special field.

Information about the change of ID will be reflected in the Participant Card. If necessary, users will be able to find each other using the old code: for this they will need to use the history of changes in contact information. To inform partners about the change of ID, Exchange participants can use the ATI Messenger service.

File:Aquote1.png
During the operation of our Exchange, the personal ID really became the "calling card" of each participant. Recently, one of the users said that if earlier the first question in a conversation with a new counterparty was "What code do you have in ATI?," Now they often ask "What code do you have?." And everyone understands what this is about. Therefore, we decided to provide participants with the opportunity to independently select a code to facilitate the search for each other on our platform, - said Svyatoslav Wilde, manager of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange.

Release of the ATI Stars rating widget

On September 30, 2020, the ATI.SU Freight Exchange company announced the launch of the ATI Star rating widget. It reflects the company's status in the professional trucking community. As of September 2020, more than 2 thousand companies from Russia and the CIS countries have already installed it.

The task of the ATI Stars widget from the ATI.SU Freight Exchange is to confirm that the companies belong to the community of automotive freight industry professionals, show their status in this community, and convey the right information about themselves to customers and partners. A kind of "quality mark" from the platform connecting freight owners with road carriers quickly gained recognition among industry participants.

The ATI Stars widget reflects the rating of participating companies of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange, which unites more than 250 thousand cargo owners and cargo carriers as of September 2020. The rating consists of many parameters, for example, such as confirmation of information when registering on the Exchange, the term of work on the Exchange, the absence of debts to partners, etc. Now potential customers and performers of automotive cargo transportation services in order to check their counterparty, do not have to go to the "ATI.SU Freight Exchange" - thanks to this widget, you can see the "quality mark" on its own website. The widget also allows you to go from the company's website to its account on the Exchange to find out more detailed information about it and decide whether to cooperate with this company or not.

The widget is designed for companies' own sites and has two options. The large "ATI Stars" widget adapts to different devices and screen sizes. The small widget is compact, but informative, suitable for sites that have little free space.

File:Aquote1.png
We set ourselves the task of making a simple and understandable tool that increases the trust of our users' customers. Now the Exchange participants can easily place on their website 'ATI Stars' - confirmation of high-quality and honest work in the freight market. Unscrupulous market players are a serious problem, and we try to look for various options that help both cargo owners and freight carriers to minimize possible risks, "comments Svyatoslav Wilde, manager of the ATI.SU Freight Exchange.

Optimizing Order Analytics

On August 26, 2020, ATI.SU Freight Exchange announced that it has optimized order analytics: the company provides users with five types of reports, two of which can now be obtained in expanded form - transportation and trading history. Advanced analytics can be used not only by logicians to monitor their work and more efficient transportation planning, but also by security specialists to prevent corruption cases.

Advanced Trading Report Request

According to the company, analytical reports are available for all participants in the ATI.SU Freight Exchange, who post their cargoes on the website or conduct trading, as well as for users of the ATI Sites cloud service. In the "Orders from you" section, cargo owners and forwarding agents can select the type of report, set up the necessary parameters, and the system will promptly provide data. Analysts of companies and logistics no longer need to spend resources on collecting and processing information - reports prepared by the ATI.SU Freight Transportation Exchange make working with cargo understandable and transparent. This is especially true for medium and large businesses, which sometimes place up to several dozen orders a day on the site.

According to the company, the ATI.SU Freight Exchange provides users with five types of reports. Two of them can be ordered in an expanded form: they take into account more indicators and provide users with the opportunity to conduct a more in-depth analysis, among them:

  • Transportation report. With it, you can analyze your orders, the average response time to cargo, failures, the total and average cost of transportation for each performer with whom the company collaborated. In the extended version, you can see the details of each order. It includes the date of creation and completion, the date and point of loading and unloading, the type of cargo and weight and dimensions, and the description of the route.
  • Trading History Report. It shows all the bidding that the company's employees conducted. For each of them, information is collected about the history of bets, the number of participants and winners. If the latter have changed, there is reason and time in the report. The extended version also includes the date and time of the start and end of trading, the dates and points of loading and unloading, the type of cargo and its characteristics, and route information.
  • Report by discipline. With it, you can analyze where the company most often sent goods, how much it cost and which carriers fulfilled the order. The report shows the average, minimum and maximum cost of transportation, which helps to find out the market price for sending cargo in a specific direction.
  • Trading Performance Report. Provides information on initial and final rates, savings in trading, and also shows the most active bidders and winners. These reports are of particular interest to logistics managers.
  • Manager report. The manager can request information on an individual employee, several or all at once. The report shows the results of their work for each order: order placement time, cargo characteristics, transportation route, final freight carrier rate. This type of report is often accessed by security or quality control specialists to monitor and prevent corruption cases among logicians, for example, the purchase of services from performers at an inflated price.

File:Aquote1.png
When developing advanced reports, we understood that they would be voluminous, and first of all thought about making it convenient for users to work with them. Therefore, unlike regular reports, which are displayed directly in the "Orders from you" section, extended ones are a separate document that you can download to your computer and work with it at your discretion.

Automated "End-to-End Bidding" Mechanism

On June 29, 2020, it became known that the functionality of the Through Trading mechanism has been updated at the ATI Sites integrated with the ATI.SU Freight Exchange. In the updated version, the mechanism has become fully automated: it has become possible to copy cargo and electronic document management along the entire chain.

ATI.SU Freight Exchange has released an updated version of the End-to-End Trading cloud IT solution

According to the company, "End-to-end trading" helps to reduce the price of road cargo transportation due to transparent competition. For June 2020, the price is most often determined during standard trading on goods (reduction gears), in which the transportation service is carried out by the one who offers the lowest rate. But the price reduction is most often insignificant.

The problem is that such reductions are carried out among a relatively small number of proven freight forwarders, so competition is insufficient. In addition, the freight forwarders themselves are forced to mortgage their margin with a margin, since they cannot know in advance at what price they will be able to negotiate with the carrier. Often, already freight forwarders, having won the auction, arrange their tenders among carriers, trying to find the most profitable option for themselves.

ATI Sites, a cloud service for automating work with hired vehicles, integrated with the ATI.SU Freight Exchange, eliminates these shortcomings. Thanks to the "Through Bidding" mechanism, reductions are simultaneously held both at the main Cargo Owner Site (forwarding agents participate) and at the Freight Owner Forwarding Sites (carriers participate). As a result, a couple of winners are formed: a carrier with a good rate and a forwarder with an optimal margin, which in total offered the best price for transporting the cargo owner.

The Through Bidding mechanism allows thousands of end carriers to simultaneously bid and makes pricing transparent. Due to this, shippers receive a market price for transportation. At the same time, profitability for carriers does not decrease. Risks for freight forwarders are reduced - winning the auction means that the final carrier has already been found for the cargo at a predetermined rate.

Thanks to the latest functionality updates, the Through Bidding mechanism has become fully automated, which made it possible to speed up the process and significantly optimize costs for all its participants. The electronic document flow in the entire logistics chain is also fully automated: freight owner-forwarding-carrier.

An important update was the automatic copying of goods, which is provided not only in the "Through Tenders," but also during normal work with the service "ATI Sites." Any trusted freight forwarder of any shipper can now enable automatic copying - and customer-placed shipments are immediately available to freight forwarder partner carriers that are located on that freight forwarder's Sites.

File:Aquote1.png
As of June 2020, there is a demand for transparent pricing in the road freight market. The cost of transportation remains unreasonably high for cargo owners, but carriers are already working on the verge of profitability.

Ability to organize bidding and receive detailed reporting and analysis on orders

On April 27, 2020, ATI.SU announced the update of the functionality of the service that automates work with hired vehicles. The ATI Sites cloud service allows you to optimize logistics operations by reducing manual labor and increasing the transparency of all processes. Users of the updated version have the opportunity to organize tenders in which not only freight owner forwarders, but also thousands of end carriers can participate at the same time, as well as receive detailed reports and analytics on all their orders.

ATI Sites Service

ATI Sites service integrated cargo transportation with ATI.SU Exchange, which as of April 2020 is one of the largest platforms Russia in and CIS countries and unites about 200 thousand carriers and forwarding agents. It allows cargo owners and forwarding companies to create their own separate sites and interact on them with their proven carriers. The service is characterized by easy integration with any internal systems of companies (), TMS including on the basis of and. 1C There are SAP mobile versions for and. Android iOS

According to the developer, with the help of "ATI Sites" companies can automate almost the entire process of organizing transportation, freeing up to 80% of the time of employees of the logistics division. Traditionally, when organizing transportation in manual mode, most of the time is spent on routine operations: searching for a carrier, negotiating with it, drawing up an application, drawing up documents, tracking the execution of transportation, etc. When using the service, these actions are performed by the system - it is enough for a specialist to simply place the cargo, and the appointment of the carrier, exchange of information with it and execution of documents will occur automatically, while all site participants instantly receive appropriate notifications. The service also allows you to receive information about the status of transportation in real time: from the driver's departure for loading until the end of unloading.

ATI Sites Service

As noted in ATI.SU, one of the main tasks of the service is to help companies optimize the financial costs of organizing transportation. It allows logistics to quickly distribute cargo between carriers not only at a fixed rate, but also by launching trading (reduction gears), when the cargo goes to the carrier that offered the lowest rate. Thanks to integration with the ATI.SU Exchange, trading can be carried out not only among its forwarding agents and carriers, but also among all reliable participants in the exchange. And the "Through Bidding" mechanism allows you to arrange bidding for cargo not only among freight forwarders at the shipper's site, but also among all carriers with whom these freight forwarders cooperate. The cargo placed at the shipper's site is automatically displayed at the sites of its forwarding agents, and bidding takes place simultaneously at all these sites. As a result, thousands of end carriers can take part in the auction, and the price for the shipper is the most optimal.

The updated version of the Order Analytics tool allows companies to receive an extended report with full detail and, thus, see a complete picture by transportation, destination and trading efficiency. Based on it, they can adjust their actions. The work of employees becomes completely transparent, says the developer of the solution.

File:Aquote1.png
"The current crisis has again sharply raised the issues of business optimization and automation. And for many companies, logistics is the place where a lot of potential is hidden to reduce costs by using modern technologies that make logistics more economical, transparent and predictable. The task of our updated service is to help companies increase the efficiency of such an important component of logistics as the process of working with hired vehicles, "
