2025: Launch of a plant for the production of equipment for feeding cattle in Smolensk for ₽900 million
Koblik Group launched a modern production complex in the Phoenix industrial park in Smolensk with an investment of ₽900 million. The company organized the serial production of new models of equipment for feeding and keeping cattle. Production began operations in December 2025, the Industrial Development Fund said on January 20, 2026.
Preferential financing in the amount of ₽180 million was provided by the federal FRP, another ₽20 million was allocated by the Smolensk FRP. The funds were used to purchase high-tech equipment under the joint federal-regional program "Development Projects." The rest of the amount was provided by the company from its own and borrowed sources.
The company developed and began production of a vertical mixer-distributor of feed "MV230" with a capacity of up to 30 cubic meters. In one cycle, the unit is able to mix and grind up to 14 tons of feed mixture. The equipment ensures accurate dosage and uniform distribution of feed. The model is optimal for large farms with a livestock of over 2000 heads.
The production of the trailed straw grinder "RH200" has also begun. The machine provides adjustable cutting length. It can process feed of any humidity, including straw, hay, grain of spiky crops and corn. Pre-grinding or crushing of feed contributes to increased milk yield in dairy cattle. The set of inputs in animals of the meat direction is accelerated.
Anna Mantrova, General Director of UK Koblik Group, said that thanks to the FRP loan, it was possible to equip the new Smolensk production complex with the necessary equipment as soon as possible. The range of manufactured equipment has been expanded. Trailed equipment for feeding and keeping cattle thanks to its mobility allows you to effectively build logistics inside farms.
Anna Mantrova emphasized that the equipment reduces downtime and increases the return on investment. Mobility of equipment is critical for large livestock complexes. Centralized feed preparation optimizes labor costs.[1]
