Biography

Born February 7, 1994. He spent his childhood in the city of Novouralsk.

Graduated with honors from the Russian Academy of National Economy under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in Economics and a master's degree in State and Municipal Administration.

In 2020, he received a diploma from the Moscow School of Management "Skolkovo" under the program "Master of public strategy." He is a graduate of the Higher School of Public Administration in the direction of "Master of Public Administration."

After the academy, he was invited to work in the Sverdlovsk Accounts Chamber, where he was engaged in checking the legality and effectiveness of spending state budget funds.
