Appointment as head of Dmitry Vecherenko

On November 17, 2025, Yevgeny Moiseev was appointed to the post of Minister of Digital Development and Communications of the Orenburg Region. In this position, he replaced Dmitry Vecherenko, who headed the department from October 14, 2024. Read more here

2024: Appointment as head of Dmitry Vecherenko

In mid-September 2024, Dmitry Vecherenko was appointed the new head of the Ministry of Ministry of Digital Development of the Orenburg Region instead of Denis Tolpeikin, who was dismissed of his own free will. Tolpeikin has been in the position of Minister of Digital Development and Communications of the Orenburg Region since December 2019, that is, almost from the moment Denis Pasler became the governor of the region.
