Administration of the Perevolotsky district of the Orenburg region

The administration of the Perevolotsky district has the authority to resolve issues of local importance and the authority to exercise certain state powers transferred to local self-government bodies by federal laws and laws of the Orenburg region.

According to the data for 2022, the District Administration in matters of local importance:

• manages and manages the municipal property of the district in accordance with the procedure established by the Council of Deputies, keeps records of municipal property in the Register;
• executes the district budget;
• supervises the use of land in inter-settlement territories, water bodies in municipal ownership;
• organizes transport services for the population of the district, road construction and maintenance of roads between settlements, bridges and other transport engineering structures outside the boundaries of settlements within the boundaries of the municipal district, with the exception of public roads, bridges and other transport engineering structures of federal and regional significance;
• creates conditions for providing settlements that are part of the district with communication services;
• creates conditions for providing settlements with trade, catering and consumer services;
• organizes information support for the population, creates conditions for the activities of the municipal media;
• creates municipal enterprises and institutions, solves the issues of their reorganization and liquidation;
• performs other executive and administrative powers on issues of local importance established by the legal acts of the Council of Deputies and the norms of the current legislation.
