2023: Transition to the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management accounting system
Voronezh office IT-integrator First Bit"" automated planning, productions procurement sales Russian chemical and product manufacturer JSC "." Pigment Now the main divisions of the enterprise work in a single "." accounting system 1C:ERP Enterprise Management This was announced on May 17, 2023 by the First Bit company.
Previously, accounting and planning in Pigment was carried out in two different systems - 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management and an in-house development program. Annual sales plans were formed in Excel. Production schedules for the production of products and semi-finished products by workshops were formed in 1S:UPP on a daily basis and checked with the general production plan manually. Reconciliation of plans required a lot of time, and coordination and clarification took place in semi-manual mode. This led to increased warehouse balances of finished products and raw materials in warehouses, the formation of illiquids, the release of unclaimed products. It was necessary to develop a unified planning system for all departments of the enterprise, in which it would be convenient to draw up interconnected plans for different scenarios of work, as well as make daily adjustments and monitor the actual implementation of plans for different analytical indicators. 1C:ERP was chosen as the main system for Pigment JSC. The implementation partner was the First Bit company in Voronezh. The specialists of the "First Bit" solved the problem of "asynchronous" production plans using a single product detail in all plans in the form of a product assignment according to the nomenclature and characteristics, and the formation of the next plan based on the current one.
Thanks to resource specifications, 1CERP automatically determines the components from which the product is made and the stages of its production are made. They make it possible to get a transparent structure data about the products, semi-finished products and materials that are necessary for planning. The system explodes the production plan to semi-finished products and then calculates the material requirements. Procurement requirements for raw materials and materials are based on production plans. Purchasing plans are adjusted on a daily basis based on changes in production plan requirements. The planning horizon has been extended four months in advance.
To assess the profit from production, a mechanism for forming and calculating the planned cost of production has been implemented. It has been significantly improved in terms of the distribution of workshop, offsite and commercial costs. The planned cost allocation algorithm has been updated to reflect the actual cost calculation. Two sales plan scenarios have been created for sales divisions - annual and prospective, with different details by division and manager. An algorithm for calculating the refinement of the planned balance of products for the first planned period was implemented due to data on the sale and release of products. In addition, it is possible to draw up plans for the receipt of funds for customers and sales at personal prices. As a result, the interconnection of production, procurement and sales plans allowed Pigment to increase sales and output of finished products, increase profit from sales of products, and reduce inventory.
