Kh5 Delivery has implemented an intelligent Skillaz system for selecting couriers. This made it possible to speed up the process of passing the recruitment stage by the candidate to one or two days. Skillaz announced this on May 18, 2023.

Earlier, Kh5 Delivery launched a pilot project for the recruitment of couriers and during the test period provided the entire process in manual mode. Recruiters posted vacancies on websites, collected responses, validated them, transmitted data for internal verification, waited for the courier to send documents for employment, and entered into an agreement. With the help of Skillaz, the entire process of selecting couriers has been transferred to a single platform.

For 10 months, 7 personnel recruitment specialists Kh5 Delivery were able to fully provide the entire recruiting funnel. So, since the beginning of the introduction of a digital solution in the Delivery Kh5, over 6,500 new couriers and collectors have been accepted.
