SIAB Bank has switched to paperless paperwork in HR. The credit institution has connected to the HRlink HR EDO platform, and now about 300 bank employees can sign documents online - the risk of delays in their registration has decreased and the burden on HR specialists has decreased. HRlink (Innovations in Human Resources Management) announced this on May 19, 2023.

SIAB Bank provides services to customers in Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. The company has more than 300 employees, including those who work remotely in other cities. The number of remote employees of the bank grew rapidly - too many resources and time of personnel specialists began to go to coordinate and sign documents related to HR. It was decided to switch to electronic personnel document management.

The platform for the implementation of the project was chosen for about six months. The bank placed high demands on contractors. The selection took into account the high level of information security of the service, the ability to integrate with 1C and work outside the accounting system, an intuitive interface, including for employees without technical training. As a result, they preferred the HRlink platform, which allows you to remotely draw up and sign all types of personnel documents allowed by law. You can do this in a few clicks from your smartphone.

The project was implemented in a short time - in just 1.5 months, most of the bank's employees switched to HRlink, with the exception of some back-office departments. Gradually, all bank employees joined the service.

At the very beginning, our employees were divided into two camps: the former perceived the transition to KEDO positively, the latter doubted the safety of digital documents and electronic signatures. Many also feared that they did not have enough technical skills to work with the service. The HRlink team helped us to properly prepare employees, and now the system is used at all levels of the company, "said Irina Preobrazhenskaya, Director of Human Resources at SIAB Bank.

According to the results of the project, the bank's HR specialists had no need to send documents by postal services. They also do not need to remind employees to sign papers and control each document manually - the time of personnel workers is significantly saved. In addition, the risk of overdue signing the document and receiving a fine was reduced to a minimum.

The largest benefits from the introduction of personnel EDO are received by organizations where a large number of employees work remotely, and the flow of documents is very high. Therefore, financial organizations were among the first to introduce paperless HR services. Our platform fully complies with the requirements of such organizations: for example, HRlink security is confirmed by certificates and documents according to the international standard, SSO technology and regular tests. Therefore, we see great prospects for development in the field of banks and finance, - said Dmitry Makhlin, partner and development director of HRlink.
