USALI Budgeting and Management Accounting Automation Project

• Report on cash flow in the context of items and the Central Federal District,
• Management balance in terms of COU,
• Analysis of transformation, turnover,
• Revenue and Expenditure Budget Report,
• Revenue and expenditure budget plan (by Central Federal District and Articles),
• Revenue and Expenditure Budget Actual Plan

Management Accounting Automation

The following activities were carried out during the implementation process:

• Diagnostics of the existing accounting and analytical system, description of business processes, determination of information needs of the company;
• Setting up and automating the rules for obtaining actual information for management accounting for each account and analytical indicator according to the SOW;
• Setting up the budget model and management accounting model, setting up documents for processing the received actual data, data translation system;
• Automation of mepping from RAS to the management chart of accounts USALI with advanced analytics was performed;
• Consulting and user support.

Results obtained:

• Examination, writing of technical proposals (TP) for management accounting;
• Customization of management report templates: PnL, CF, BS;
• End-to-end testing of settings on a copy of the work base and preparation of a test report;
• Transfer the configuration and settings to the working base, write the transfer protocol, fill out the correspondence of the directories;
• Record-keeping documentation;
• User group training + administrator training;
• Trial operation for 1 month and settings for additional requirements.
