In mid-October 2025, it became known that VTB's structure sold the Hyatt Regency Moscow Petrovsky Park hotel complex, located on Leningradsky Prospekt in the north of Moscow, not far from the Dynamo metro station. The buyer was the company "Petrovsky Park Hotel" ("PPO").
The premium-level hotel Hyatt Regency Moscow Petrovsky Park was opened in 2017 on the territory of the VTB Arena Park complex. The building with a total area of about 31 thousand square meters is located next to Dynamo Stadium and the historical Petrovsky Park. The hotel has 298 rooms including 39 suites (superior rooms), from the windows of which a panorama opens to the city, the Moscow City business center or to the green zone of Petrovsky Park.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed. Mikael Ghazaryan, head of the capital markets and investments department at IBC Real Estate, estimates the hotel at about 8-10 billion rubles. The VTB press service told RBC that the sale of Hyatt Regency Moscow Petrovsky Park was carried out as part of a strategy to exit non-core assets.
The owners of PPO are not disclosed, and 360 Management JSC, the main legal entity of 360 Executive Hotel Management (360 EHM), is listed as the management company.
