Vorontsov Konstantin Vyacheslavovich

Konstantin Vyacheslavovich Vorontsov (was born on April 1, 1971) is Candidate of Physics and Mathematics, the senior research associate of department of Computing forecasting methods of data center RAS, the associate professor "Mathematical forecasting methods" of VMIK MSU, the assistant manager Intelligent systems department of FUPM MIPT.

K.V. Vorontsov developed the specialized ASDIEL language for the description of trainees of algorithmic compositions, implemented the interpreter of language and library of algorithms ASDIEL: image identification, clustering, multidimensional scaling, optimization of technical indicators of the market, etc.

Since 1997 is the expert of Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange where developed and accompanied the exchange analytical SMARTS and SAFRAN systems. Using ASDIEL made numerical experiments on tasks of MICEX: estimation of influence of certain bidders on pricing, non-standard technical analysis, tariff optimization, etc.

In 1999 got a medal of RAS with an award for young scientists for joint work with E.V. Naryzhny "Expert and algebraic methods of creation of the systems of artificial intelligence" in the tender devoted to the 275 anniversary of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Directed the project on creation of automatic system of portfolio investment in the American stock market, directed the research project "Technology of Identification of Mutually Agreed Structures of Similarity of Users and Resources on the Internet" which got Yandex grant, and many others.

K.V. Vorontsov developed a semestrial course of lectures according to applied statistics and an annual special course according to the theory of computing training for department for MMP, VMIK MSU department. Is engaged in development of the concept and filling of a resource [MachineLearning.ru].
