According to the news agency, Yango Drive is being developed by the legal entity Yango Drive Trading LLC. The office of this firm is located in Dubai.

By May 25, 2023, Yango Drive is running in test mode. A representative of Yandex Go confirmed to Interfax the information about Yango Drive, without specifying when the Yango Drive will be fully launched.

It is reported that, unlike the Russian Yandex Drive, it will be possible to rent a car in Yango Drive for at least a day. About 33 automobile brands will be available to users, including standard and business classes. Prices for car rental in Dubai by May 25, 2023 are not called.

Yango is already operating in the UAE market - a taxi service of the same name has been launched there. Also in the UAE there is an unmanned direction of Yandex - since 2022, the company has launched the delivery of products from the Carrefour supermarket chain in Dubai using its courier robots, the agency recalls.
