"First Bit" introduced CRM and corporate in "Mercator Holding"

"First Bit" on May 25, 2023 announced the introduction of CRM and corporate for a representative of the Mercator Holding utility equipment market.

Mercator Holding has been engaged in the production of special equipment and the development of smart systems for managing the fleet at the city level for more than 20 years. Thanks to the First Bit, all employees of the company have a convenient corporate portal, a debugged CRM system for working with customers and advanced analytics.

A single Bitrix24 system, including CRM and a corporate portal, came to replace the automation tools independently developed by the holding. The implementation was carried out by the central Moscow office of the international IT integrator "First Bit."

In order for CRM functionality to exactly meet the company's needs, it required both careful adjustment of the built-in Bitrix24 capabilities (task cards, sales funnels, deal directions, analytics) and full refinement of non-standard functionality.

The "sales tunnel" had to be improved so that, with certain transaction parameters, they were automatically transferred between the funnels of sales of services and spare parts. "Robot Bitrix24" now offers at certain stages of the transaction to choose the person responsible from the proposed back office employees, and "Robot Reminder" notifies about the start of public procurement trading. The corporate portal has become a single online space for all divisions of Mercator Holding. This is not just a tool for working communication and a source of important information for employees. With the help of the corporation, they automated many business processes of the company, including resource-intensive document management and project management.
