If a match is detected, the complex issues a notification to the tablet about the identification of the wanted vehicle in less than 1 second. This enables the traffic patrol inspector to identify the vehicle in the stream and stop it. The device also identifies vehicles belonging to people deprived of their driver's license by license plates.

The Search-Nano mobile solution was developed by the Meteor plant (part of Roselectronics) together with Digital Region JSC. The company is ready for serial production of this complex.

The developers managed to create software that not only recognizes vehicle license plates, but also interacts servers data with top-level databases. In addition, the device is several times cheaper than similar developments in terms of functionality. "Search-Nano" forms the database data of all recognized license plates and saves photo images of vehicles with date, time and geodata. The equipment does not require special knowledge and additional training, and its installation and configuration takes no more than 6 minutes. During the month of testing the equipment, traffic police officers using the complex revealed more than 200 administrative offenses related to the operation of properly unregistered vehicles, as well as a number of cases of driving by persons deprived of a driver's license by a court decision, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Volgograd Region reported.
