Siberian Agrarian Group completes large-scale system implementation of budget planning

The INTALEV group completed the large-scale project "Setting and Automation of a Management System" in Agrarnaya Gruppa Ltd.

From the beginning

The management of Siberian Agrarian Group made the decision on control automation by businesses to increase company performance. INTALEV Group acts as the contractor.

The project block by description and business process automation "Carrying out audit" is completely automated and considered successful. The management company of Siberian Agrarian Group regularly books internal financial audit of all enterprises entering into holding. It allows to check reliability of financial data, to timely find violations in accounting and to prevent them in the future.

Within the project setting and automation of budget planning, business processes, business planning and planning according to investment projects, the systems of management accounting and the reporting, including under IFRS, etc. are planned.

2013. Development and final

The company contractor completed implementation of a subsystem Budget planning, the press service of integrator reported on February 21, 2013.

Within the project are implemented:

• setting of a system of budget planning (development of a financial structure, list of report forms);
• process description Budget planning and its setup in the program;
• setup of proformas, reg. procedures for planning.

In holding for budget planning the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 program, a configuration "INTALEV is used : Corporate management". The program is used by about 90 people: from them 50 — economists and heads of economic divisions, 40 — other specialists of the enterprises (the engineer, production workers, etc.). From 15 centers of the financial responsibility which are available in Agrarian Group eight are engaged in budget planning completely in the program, three — partially, and only four small CFD at which the responsible specialist often changes, do not plan in the program.

Within the project Process of budget planning of holding, taking into account dependence of drawing up budgets in the vertically integrated holding when the income of some, is expenses of other divisions is described and automated. The principles of consolidation of planned data are developed.
