2023: Launch of production of special pipes for the chemical industry and agro-industrial complex
The Innoformula company in the Stupino urban district near Moscow launched the production of special pipes from chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC). The project was implemented with the support of the Industrial Development Fund of the Russian Federation (FRP), in which the company received a preferential loan. The press service of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region announced this on May 30, 2023.
The total investment of Innoformula in the launch of production amounted to 164 million rubles, of which the company received 50 million under the Development Projects program in the form of a loan. By the end of May 2023, the enterprise employs 18 employees, and by the end of the year 2023, the number of jobs is planned to increase 30.
Innoformula products, pipes from CPPVC, are used in water treatment and water treatment systems, as well as for the chemical industry. The products of the enterprise can be used to create complex pipeline systems in water parks, spas, water treatment and desalination plants, irrigation, shipbuilding, chemical industry, agricultural enterprises.
Previously, pipes from CPVH were supplied by companies from USA and countries, Europe domestic alternatives, according to the enterprise, did not exist. Innoformula intends to completely replace the import of pipes from KhPVH, satisfying the Russian demand by 100%. The annual production capacity on the new lines will be up to 1,500 tons of finished products.
Pipes made of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride are a unique product for the Russian market, and Innoformula is the only manufacturer of such pipes in Russia and Europe with a diameter of over 225 mm. The expansion of production became possible thanks to the purchase of modern high-performance equipment with a concessional loan from the Industrial Development Fund, - said Ivan Mishchenko, general director of Innoformula LLC.[1] |
