Rubytech: Reference model of the independent IT landscape

The resource provides information on the structure of segments and classes (Rubytech experts' view on the construction of a universal IT landscape of the enterprise), as well as on the products assigned to these classes.

2024

Rubytech's team of experts continues to work on the research of non-import-dependent solutions. In April 2024, a new version of the Reference Model of the independent IT landscape became available - 3.1. The analytical bulletin on Refmodel No. 2 reflects changes within segments, classes and decisions for the period from October 2023 to April 2024. In particular, changes in the composition of products are observed in 26 classes out of 71. Rubytech experts also updated the composition of the criteria for evaluating products in grades 8. In addition, the new bulletin announces a large-scale update of the design and functionality of the Reference Model showcase site (Refmodel Showcases)

Version 3.2

Reference Model Window Upgrade

Rubytech and the branding agency enDesign implemented a large-scale update of the showcase site of the independent IT landscape and announced the launch of the reference model version 3.1. The result of the improvements was the transformation of the showcase into a full-fledged reference book of independent IT products, the interaction with which significantly simplifies the process of selecting IT solutions suitable for use in the Russian Federation. 2022: Rubytech expert - on the reference model of import substitution

Timur Mirzayev, an expert at Rubytech, spoke in September 2022 about the methodology for the development of the IT landscape in the new reality developed by Rubytech.

The use of the reference model allows the customer to significantly reduce the implementation time of projects for the transition from the inherited IT landscape to a new one, thanks to the use of pre-configured models and configurations. Rubytech experts are actively using the model to form project initiatives for import substitution.
