2023: Moving to "1C:ERP"
On June 5, 2023, First Bit announced the transfer of the business processes of Neftegaz and Power (Siemens Energy) from SAP to 1C: ERP.
LLC "Neftegaz and Power" (Siemens Energy) - local company "Siemens Power" in Russia - migrated from the SAP system to "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2.5" to automate accounting according to RAS. This made it possible to reduce operating and administrative costs and speed up the process of obtaining regulated reporting.
Previously, the company used the system of a foreign SAP vendor, but after the supplier left the Russian market, it was forced to immediately migrate to domestic software. The team of the IT integrator "First Bit," the office of Sportivnaya, helped to implement the project as soon as possible (from November 2022 to February 2023) thanks to the Scrum project technology.
The project team had the goal of migrating to the ERP system without interrupting the work of the enterprise, as well as transferring and storing historical business processes in the new system, including end-to-end numbering of primary and internal documents. In addition, it was important to transfer to 1C the existing processes for coordinating vacations, travel, administrative and hospitality expenses.
In order for Siemens Oilgas Power Energy employees to start working in the new system as early as possible, the first stage was to introduce the areas of sales management, warehouse, production, procurement, regulated accounting, treasury and advance reports. Also produced with integration related systems: "," "" and 1S:ZUP1C: Document Flow"." In 1C: Accounting for Uzbekistan addition to everything, they finalized the internal documents and added the ability to edit them so that the agreed documents immediately fall into "1C: ERP."
The next revision was the Employee Time Accounting unit, which allows you to record labor costs and correctly form the payroll distribution base; and the "Reserve Accounting" unit.
As a result of the project, the implemented 1C:ERP system has become the main source of information for the enterprise's infrastructure services, and 1S:ZUP KORP has become a source of information for employees, since it stores data on wages, vacation reserves and bonuses. All employees of the enterprise were trained to work in the new system.
Import substitution ERP Allows Neftegas and Power (Siemens Energy) to obtain a full replacement for SAP, improve the quality of reports while reducing labor costs for their preparation and reduce operating and administrative costs.
