2023: Integration of the "Dispatcher 24" and Ujin platforms

The joint project of the smart residential complex of the company Dispatcher 24 and Ujin was implemented for the residential complex "Finnish Courtyard" in Khanty-Mansiysk from the developer Author Development. Earlier, the developers entered into a strategic partnership agreement and integrated their platforms. Ujin announced this on June 6, 2023.

Thanks to integration, apartment owners in the residential complex "Finnish Courtyard" gained access to a smart intercom in the mobile application for residents "Author Manages," in which they transmitted meter readings, viewed accruals and paid receipts. Now users will be able to receive calls from the intercom through the application and open the doors to the entrances and gates.

Thus, the developer and management company provided residents with complete control over access to the house and increased the level of comfort of living without additional equipment costs. As of June 2023, Dispatcher 24 and Ujin are working on joint implementation of their solutions in other projects of the developer.
