On June 7, 2023, Softline announced the provision of technical support for data storage equipment to Gazprom-Media Entertainment Television (GPM RTV). Softline engineers ensure continuous operation of the holding's servers around the clock.

In the event that the customer has a breakdown, equipment failure, a specialist will come within two working days to replace non-working parts and carry out commissioning work. If the question arises regarding the software part, then the engineer will quickly provide assistance remotely. Each employee of GPM RTV has a channel communications with technical support through which you can leave an application, ask a question and consult with a specialist.
