2022: Development of module for generation of typical documents of construction company for Exon system

The system unites several participants constructions (site manager, estimator, designer, work customer, etc.) to coordinate the cost of work on the estimates and automatically generate reporting documents.

System for Cost Estimate Approval

Nord Clan specialists have added new features to the Exon platform:

• the General Contractor shall upload the estimate to the system in Excel, which is automatically converted to pdf format;
• data from the estimate are recognized and entered into the database on the construction object;
• the customer of the construction works, for his part, can agree, reject or hand over the estimate to work.

It is possible to make changes to the estimate if it is rejected by the customer: the contractor enters new data on items into the table, the estimate data is automatically recalculated and an updated estimate is formed.

When the estimate is agreed and put into operation, the documentation goes to the "Certificate Designer" stage, where work on the construction project is being carried out.

Certificate Designer

One of the new developed services is an act designer, which allows controlling persons to clearly track the full cycle of work and simplifies document flow at the construction site.

Users (depending on their role) enter the quantities of work performed - the customer agrees or rejects the entered quantities - after confirming the quantities, a certificate of work performed is generated. Data for the certificate are automatically loaded from the system database: name of the customer and contractor, details of the parties, scope and cost of work. The customer's representative can agree, reject or send ready-made certificates for revision. The system can also view the activity history of each document and upload additional construction files.

Now the approval chain during the construction of the facility takes less time, the history of changing documents has become transparent and is available in a separate tab of the system. As a result, the company accelerated electronic document management in the field of construction, which led to a decrease in costs for administrative personnel.
