Project Tasks

Scaling of a system on the warehouse OCS in Moscow. (the first project for OCS - 2008, a warehouse in St. Petersburg. The organization of all technology processes in the Moscow warehouse OCS, improvement of speed and service quality of a partner network of the company. In the long term - use of similar approach to fast replication of the solution for automation of warehouses of regional branches of OCS company.

Project Implementation

Additional technical specifications which were developed for one and a half years of operation of a system in St. Petersburg by technologists of OCS and were directed to further increase in efficiency, acceleration and improvement of ergonomics of all warehouse transactions the version of the Solvo.WMS system ideally debugged for warehouse processes of the distributor of the difficult, multinomenclature equipment working with a huge number of partners was developed.

The works on system implementation were completed in three weeks. The staff of the Moscow office "SOLVO" gave training classes for employees of a warehouse. The Solvo.WMS system was unrolled on the basis of standard settings and the configuration implemented in a warehouse in St. Petersburg.

From OCS employees of the St. Petersburg warehouse who trained personnel of the Moscow warehouse in specific features of work with a system directly in the course of work took part in the project.
