Implementation results

On June 9, 2023, Bpium shared the results of a project implemented in 2022 for the I-IT Chief information officer's club based on the low-code Bpium platform.

The club organizes events for IT managers throughout the country, keeps statistics on the activity of its members. The club managers wanted to automate work with community members: accounting of club members and partners, accrual of local currency, admission of a person to the community, activity of club members, holding events. Also, it was important to take into account the history of changes in information about club participants and get rid of takes and irrelevant information. Until 2022, the club kept records of this information in the Google table.

As a result, the club received a tool for conducting work. He got rid of the tasks that employees usually did manually: accrual and write-off of altyns/points according to various scenarios, formation of invitation letters and rejection letters, sending questionnaires and letters to email, automatic acceptance of approved candidates for club members.

A single database of community members and club partners has appeared, which is constantly updated. Information on the activity of club members automatically gets to the Bitrix servers and is displayed in your personal account on the site.

Convenient graphs and reports have appeared inside the system. According to them, you can analyze the activity of club participants, make forecasts by the number of participants in events.

The work on the transfer of altyns from one member of the community to another has been facilitated, now all operations on altyns are recorded in the system.

From the beginning of January 2023, the introduction of the system into the work of the club began, errors were corrected, individual cases were finalized.

2022: Bpium Platform Project Milestones

October - December

From October to December, additional functions were finalized and introduced: automatic accrual of points for participation in offline and online events, sending letters to applications, invitations to events, notifications about events. Also, in December, they imported a database of club members from Google tables to Bpium.

June - September

Development of modules for processing requests for activities. Now, after filling out the form on the site, the data immediately falls into Bpium. After making a decision on the application, the sender is automatically sent a letter with a response from the club.

The first difficulties arose when integrating with the site. Club members lost 3 months due to contractors who were responsible for the site. When they changed them, the development accelerated and the tasks were closed in 1-2 days.

At the second stage, the club implemented the functionality for processing applications for membership in the club. Candidates are registered on the site, their data falls into Bpium. If the candidate is approved, then a letter with a password will be sent to the candidate's mail to continue registration. At this stage, the club faced a problem - during the implementation of the system, business processes managed to change. Therefore, analysts had to reassemble the requirements for the system.

In September 2022, a pilot version of the system was ready, which some club employees began to use. 6 months passed from the beginning of the project to the first use of the system.

March - May

Collect requirements and agree with all system users. Development of test demos. As a result, it turned out to formulate the initial requirements for the system.
