Bpium is a Russian low-code design platform for systematizing business and automating business processes. Bpium is a single digital space consisting of the data used in the company's activities.

The Bpium platform creates a single system for different departments and integrates information systems with each other. Legend notation systems are used to describe business processes. In Bpium, the graphical process editor is based on the BPMN 2.0 notation. This is the most common notation in the BPM system market. A process script consists of related controls such as events, actions, and branching.

Reactive business processes in Bpium

Each process is a long sequence of actions. Bpium proposes to decompose it into a set of short reactions to events. These reactive processes can be reconfigured without compromising a large process. The development of documents on paper replaces a clear data structure that is created individually for each company.

Events

There are three types of events in the Bpium that processes respond to:

• Change data in the system (create, edit, and delete records)
• Scheduled events (Monday at 10:00 AM)

By order No. 212 of April 28, 2017, the Ministry of Communications of Russia included the Bpium information systems design platform in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computers and Databases. In the registry, Bpium belongs to three classes of software: systems for collecting, storing, processing, analyzing, modeling and visualizing data arrays; information systems for solving specific industry problems; organization process management systems.

2015: System Announcement

On November 30, 2015, Bpium introduced the platform of the same name for creating a system in accordance with the requests^[1] user^[1].

Bpium is an ideology, said the developers of the system, formulated over 10 years of development of IT solutions. It is that the product does not impose its own work model, but adjusts to the user. The platform is not the ultimate solution.

Free structure

Bpium does not impose its structure. Users create the necessary catalogs: customers, projects, requisitions, orders, goods.

Relationships between data

Records can be linked together. For example, orders are assigned to customers.

All fields are customizable

In one company "Customers" these are patients, in another - tourists. The catalog questionnaire is configured from the fields required for the company.

Filters and Views

Data can be filtered by any field and stored as templates.

Detailed Rights

Access control has each object of the system. You can access not only the entire directory, but also individual records.

Group Policies

There are no pre-established groups with rights in Bpium. The user creates the required groups - roles, positions, stores.

Legal types

Sometimes it is necessary to prevent employees from seeing the entire catalog, but to allow access to records with certain properties. For example, junior managers can only see transactions with an amount less than 100,000 rubles. To filter the data in the Bpium, you use views - saved filter conditions. A legal view is a view that allows employees access to found records.

In Bpium, all tasks are structured and bound to records. By entering the client's questionnaire, you can see all the tasks together.
