Autoholding KEYSTO"" announced on June 13, 2023 the completion of the next stage of digitalization of safety the corporate company's service using a integration IT system business processes in the company. The aim of the modernization of the company's corporate security service is to create favorable conditions for the effective development and economic growth of KLYUCHAVTO, in particular, the growth of the level of loyalty on the part of customers and partners.

The project to modernize the integrated security system was launched by the auto holding on July 01, 2021. As of June 2023, the company managed to:

• digitize the professional activities of employees of the corporate security service and security officers of third-party private security organizations;
• create effective management reports of the most significant operational processes of the SKB;
• automate business processes by creating a comprehensive system for analyzing and monitoring "SPIDER" financial and economic activities;

The main task of digitalizing the processes of the corporate security service KLYUCHAVTO was the integration of the IT system into the work of the departments of external and economic security, in particular, the development of special own IT products.

Thus, for the external security department, the KSA mobile application was introduced, developed by KLYUCHAVTO to ensure comprehensive and daily control over the implementation of security and economic security measures. The application allows you to automate the operational processes of the external security department: record the entry and exit of cars, open and close dealerships within the framework of their operation mode, bypass the territory by security, conduct an inventory of cars in storage, check alarm buttons and malfunctions of technical security systems, monitor the occurrence of emergency situations and much more.

In addition, KLYUCHAVTO also independently developed the SKB Platform product based on 1C for managing and evaluating the activities of employees of the external security department. Another update is the Video Analytics system, which makes it possible to analyze video images in real time, thereby working to prevent emergency situations on the territory of the network's auto centers.

To automate the work of the economic security department, the purpose of which is to prevent and localize economic risks, the company also continues to work on practical testing of its IT products: among the innovations is the DMS database for checking and blocking potentially unreliable car buyers, the BPMSoft application for checking registration with the traffic police and other databases, etc.

Working within the framework of Russian legislation, security and transparency for customers and partners are one of the main principles on which KLYUCHAVTO builds its business. We have developed an adaptive system for economic conditions and an integrated security system for the automotive business of a large auto holding in Russia in terms of the number of points of sale. The tool for such modernization is its own complex IT solutions, which can be applied both at the management level and "on the ground."
