Automated rubber briquette surface quality control system. In order to eliminate the human factor and prevent the shipment of defects during the final inspection of products, instrumental automated control was introduced at the conveyor section using a hardware and software complex. Functions of automatic determination of third-party inclusions in rubber briquette from all (6) sides, automatic determination of deviations by color of the whole surface, transmission of signal for briquette discharge from conveyor to unloading table, preservation of personnel with defects, light and sound alarm and display of images with defects on operator screen, generation of reporting documents for the specified period are implemented.
