The city administration of Kaliningrad entered an initial stage of operation of the DeskWork portal. Software supplier - Softline company. The integrator of the project is Center of Information and Communication Technologies municipal authority.
Implementation Results
As a result of implementation, the customer received a number of conveniences:
- Armoring of halls for meetings – the functionality of Deskwork allowed to organize a booking system of halls for meetings that facilitated work of the relevant department. Now the specialist only watches that there were no collisions between persons interested to use the hall and also issues keys. In the request for armoring of the hall there is all necessary information for a feedback with the responsible person.
- The address directory DeskWork is filled out gradually together with process of implementation of the portal in administration. Further, due to use of this function the administration is going to simplify the system of search of contact information among the employees.
- In one system several domains of administration are integrated, thereby, remote branches of management of administration of the city district "are approximate".
- Initial implementation of the module helpdesk in the Deskwork system is made, the feed system of requests for maintenance which replaced the magazine used earlier is organized. Now any employee of administration can send the corresponding request from any workplace connected to network.
Implementation of a corporate portal performed Center of Information and Communication Technologies municipal authority (MU "TsIKT") – division of administration of Kaliningrad.
The customer sees improvements
Igor Spirin, the head of development department of information technologies of MU "TsIKT" noted that that as a result of the first acquaintance to a product sees big perspectives in improvement of work of administration after complete implementation of DeskWork. At this stage of application of the software of improvement are already noticeable though all functionality of software is not used yet.
