The leaders of the RCC projects have already conducted the first training in lean production.

For June 2023, Hotwell employees are undergoing the Diagnostics and Planning stage. They analyze workflows and prepare a change action plan. The transformations will begin with a pilot stream - the production of frame houses from PIS panels. These are warm, environmentally friendly structures that consist of optimal insulation. Buildings made of such panels are durable and durable.
