On June 27, 2023, Proximity, a manufacturer and supplier of video conferencing solutions, introduced NearHub, a line of all-in-one interactive panels in Russia that allow all participants in online meetings and training to be present. Depending on the tasks of the event, the device can be modified into a demo screen or a shared desktop in order to collaborate online at a whole new level.

Video conferencing systems have become a must-have tool for many businesses. These qualities, together with the full sound of the built-in speakers, ensure that the presence effect is achieved during remote conferences.

NearHub can be used as a common workspace for multiple team members. The interactive screen with 4K resolution supports up to 40 simultaneous touches, which facilitates interaction in a single interface of an entire workgroup.

The panels run Android 11 and support all applications developed for this operating system, allowing you to install any VKS application to conduct a session without using additional devices. A large selection of software solutions makes it possible to work together on a wide variety of tasks, including technically complex ones such as design solutions or engineering systems design.

An important feature of NearHub is compatibility with any equipment. The display function makes them a "continuation" of the user's personal device, which can be used with him "in tandem." In addition, NearHub supports the functionality of an "endless white canvas," which turns devices into an unlimited workspace for the implementation of creative ideas, both individual and team. The user can manage this "canvas" remotely from anywhere in the world.

The panels are equipped with all the latest interfaces, including HDMI In and HDMI Out, RJ45, several USB ports 2.0 and 3.0, which gives compatibility with a large range of peripherals and network services.

Four NearHub models are available to Russian customers. NearHub S55 is designed for use in small rooms designed for meetings with 3-6 participants, or in senior management offices. Medium-sized meeting rooms can be equipped with NearHub S65 or NearHub S75 models, which will allow organizing effective interaction in a spacious room, and the flagship of the line, NearHub S86, will be the best choice for equipping conference rooms.
