2023: Creation of an audiovisual complex in the opened office "Network of Catering Enterprises"

Specialists of "Jet Infosystems" created an audiovisual complex in the opened office of LLC "Network of Food Enterprises" (franchisee of the partner "Tasty - and Point"). The solutions used increased the efficiency and speed of communication of the company's employees, and also created the basis for the integration of multimedia solutions in the future. This was reported on June 28, 2023 in the company "Jet Infosystems."

"Tasty - and the point" - the Russian network of fast service enterprises, which belongs to three franchisee partners. Some time ago, one of the franchisees of the partners - the "Network of Catering Enterprises" moved from the rented office to its own, located on the 37th floor of the Federation Tower. In this space, the specialists of the IT company "Jet Infosystems" were faced with the task of building an audiovisual complex and succinctly integrating it into the general design concept. The project began with a collaboration with architects, interior designers and engineering systems contractors.

Our office is divided into several zones, which differ in operating conditions and require different multimedia solutions. For ease of use, it was important to combine them with the company's standards for unified communication platforms. The concept proposed by the experts of Jet Infosystems met all these requirements as much as possible,

  The Tasty ― and the Dot office was created as a collaborative space with the Open Space area, meeting rooms, co-working space, lounge areas, amphitheatre and cafeteria. Every day, ideas are born in this space that employees discuss and present to each other. To improve the efficiency of meetings and decision-making, the specialists of Jet Infosystems installed video panels, video conferencing, voicing and sound amplification systems in the meeting rooms. With the help of the room reservation system, employees can schedule meetings in meeting rooms in two clicks. A wireless presentation system allows workers from their mobile devices to display content on video panels almost anywhere in the office.     As part of the project, IT specialists have developed a standard for equipping meeting rooms and offices that meets the requirements for the design of office premises. This standard is fully compatible with the software products that the customer uses for corporate communications. The audiovisual complex itself has a centralized architecture, which simplifies the operation and maintenance of multimedia systems. Another feature of the project was the task of laconic integration of multimedia and VKS equipment with an unusual interior of reception areas, meeting rooms, as well as offices of managers and a shareholder. Thanks to the use of built-in ceiling microphone arrays, acoustic systems and the centralized architecture of the entire audiovisual complex, the specialists of Jet Infosystems were able to implement the required functionality without violating the interior design.

The customer received a functional multimedia complex, which is built according to uniform standards and is fully integrated with the design of the premises. With the help of multimedia solutions, we have created in the office the most comfortable conditions for hybrid work of employees,
