2023: Implementation of Loyalty Program
On July 4, 2023, Loymax announced that it would integrate a loyalty program for Monro. Now customers will have access to discount and bonus systems at the same time.
Monro unites 220 stores in 80 cities of Russia. A significant part of the Monro brand range is branded shoes: Rita Bravuro, Bona Mente, BandEros, Carido, Soter, Ulyot and others.
The main goal when choosing a contractor for Monro was the ability to digitize and optimize the marketing structure. As part of the project, Loymax proposed the implementation of key loyalty modules: Smart Communications, Loymax Loyalty and Business Intelligence.
The Loymax Loyalty module has already been implemented - it is responsible for the ability to manage preferences under the loyalty program. BI is necessary for high-quality analytics and tracking of project results, as well as for a personal approach to customers. Smart Communications is responsible for segmentation and personalized mass and trigger communications with customers. Combines information from an offline network with data on user behavior on the site in one place. Integration of BI and Smart Communication modules will be completed soon.
The comprehensive implementation of all three loyalty modules, Loymax Loyalty, BI and Smart Communications, gives a complete optimization of the marketing structure.
