2023: Implementation of four solutions based on the 1C platform
On July 6, 2023 Khabarovsk , the office - ITintegrator "" First Bit announced that it had consolidated operational, management financial and accounting for. BAEK Group of Companies To do this, it was necessary to build a system of four solutions on the platform. 1C Baek Group has a highly diversified business and covers at least seven activities, including construction, metalworking, trading, restaurants and catering. All projects are a conscious contribution to the growth of the commercial industry and infrastructure of the Sakhalin region.
However, the growth of the group of companies slowed down due to a lack of information about the work of the divisions. Management needed tools to manage financial investments, assess their profitability and liquidity. This was the main request - to develop and implement a management and financial accounting methodology for the entire group of companies. But for this it was necessary to automate certain areas of business, where operational accounting was not established. For seven months, it was required to modify business processes in each declared area, taking into account the accounting methodology of the group of companies, put them into operation, consolidate bases, develop from scratch and launch several non-standard exchanges.
For us, the project was difficult and large, but thanks to the team of the First Bit, we went quite smoothly and managed to launch much earlier than planned. I would not say that there were no difficulties, but all the tasks were completed, said Dmitry Makarov, IT Director of the BAEK Group of Companies.

The main focus was initially aimed at introducing standard software products and modular solutions with minor modifications. They became "1C: Motor Vehicle Management," "1C: Rental and Real Estate Management," "1C: Our Enterprise Management" and "BIT.Finans.Holding." Also, earlier each division used separate bases 1S:ZUP and 1C: Accounting - during the project they were combined.
The implementation took place using Waterfall technology. Both sides formed project teams in areas of activity. The teams of the First Bit were at different distances from Sakhalin and worked in different time zones. This only strengthened the quality of the project. Full-time presence on the territory of the customer was needed only once - at the stage of commissioning financial blocks.
During the process restructuring at the implementation stage, the customer had additional requirements for systems, which led to a budget increase of 4%. At the same time, the teams not only met the set deadlines, but also overtook the plan by 12%. In total, 400 jobs were automated. Now the management of the group of companies always has operational data to make the right management decisions and develop the business. Also, thanks to automation, the divisions began to work more efficiently - the reduction in labor costs is estimated at 7%.
