The service was developed by a team of Contour experts with the involvement of specialists in children's career guidance with the support of the Charitable Foundation. In the process of work, they identified the main areas of activity in IT companies and described key competencies for them. Then they formed four portraits of skills - each unites professions that are relevant to the labor market and common in the IT industry. Portraits of skills in the "IT Guide" have become game characters who can choose an interesting location from the list of professions.
