Situation

The CEO of the STAS Production company Savinov Alexander Vladimirovich tells: "Due to the permanent growth of the portfolio of orders, before us sharply there was a problem of increase in efficiency of planning, control and optimum allocation of production capacities both in the project, and for all set of the projects executed at the moment. Choosing a Solution

Project Results

• Delivery, installation and software setup of RillSoft Project Enterprise for work in a usage mode of the "floating" license is executed that allowed to optimize the customer's costs for acquisition of the software.
• The specialized module of import which allowed to simplify and automate significantly process of preparation and loading of initial data for the subsequent creation in RillSoft Project of the optimal work plan and input of the fact of their execution is developed.
• The mechanism considerably expanding regular opportunities of RillSoft Project during creation and collective use of different reports on all set of the executed projects including replaceable tasks for contractors, delivery schedules of materials, analytical reports on financial and other performance of projects is implemented.
• It is provided the user training and system administrators which allowed to reduce considerably the term of mastering of the software product and to provide a possibility of independent development of a software package by the customer.

The developed mechanism of report generation allowed us to automate process of issue and control of the fact of execution of works orders. As a result we received the powerful tool for planning and the analysis allowing to react timely to changes and to manage effectively the projects executed by our company".
