2023: Transition to NovaQueue's domestic service
Faberlic has introduced a service for organizing a virtual queue NovaQueue, replacing a foreign solution with a Russian development from NOVARDIS, which announced this on July 17, 2023. NovaQueue is a virtual waiting room that helps to take control of traffic peaks, avoid outflow of visitors and improve the user experience.
Before the introduction of the NovaQueue service, Faberlic used a foreign analogue, which it was decided to abandon in favor of the Russian service that meets the needs of highly loaded web resources. NovaQueue's virtual waiting room implements user interaction mechanics, the ability to control queue settings, and analytics tools. The product is supported by the Russian team and meets all Russian legal requirements.
The service for organizing a virtual queue and waiting room NovaQueue is a Russian solution that allows you to manage the load and regulate traffic even with significant bursts. We are confident that this service will be able to help other companies increase the elasticity of their IT systems, reduce the risks of falling services and increase the satisfaction of their customers, "commented Andrey Graf, Director of Customer Experience NOVARDIS |
The transition to NovaQueue provides us with a number of advantages. First, the solution provides reliable and efficient management of virtual queues, which helps us cope with peak loads and improve the user experience. Secondly, the use of domestic service allows us to avoid the risk of dependence on foreign vendors. And thirdly, NovaQueue offers good economic conditions, and its cost is significantly lower than that of its foreign counterparts. We are confident that the NovaQueue service will help us reduce costs and achieve even greater efficiency, "said Anton Semenov, Director of the Faberlic Client Solutions Department. |
