LAGIS

The private company "Laboratory of the genetically engineered LAGIS systems is founded in 1995 in Moscow. "LAGIS" - one of the Russia's first laboratories which began to use in medical practice DNA diagnostics by method of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR).

"LAGIS" is a developer and the producer of the diagnostic PTsR-test systems for medicine. For years of existence in Laboratory more than 40 diagnostic PTsR-test systems for identification of DNA/RNA of causative agents of different infections are created and tested. Long-term and close cooperation of Laboratory with the leading research institutes and clinics of Moscow allows to implement modern technologies of laboratory diagnostics in applied medicine.

The range of the researches conducted in Laboratory constantly extends. Specialists of Laboratory work on implementation in medical practice of the new test systems for identification of causative agents of viral and bacterial infections, genes of resistance to antibiotics, detection of the genetic disorders leading to development of different pathologies. PTsR-test systems have registration certificates of MZ Russian Federation and are recommended for application in medical practice by orders MZ Russian Federation. Immunochemical researches are conducted on hemilyuminestsentny automatic system of IMMULITE 2000.

High reliability of laboratory researches of LAGIS laboratory constantly is confirmed by Federal Service of External Quality evaluation.

In Laboratory the office of the doctor of the obstetrician-gynecologist in which consultations, diagnostic and medical procedures are carried out works; taking of dabs, scrapes for laboratory researches is performed. In a procedural office blood sampling for researches and medical manipulations on appointments of the doctor is carried out. Only disposable tools are used.
