Mobius Technologies has introduced a three-dimensional service model based on the Russian service desk platform from Okdesk, which announced this on July 25, 2023. The solution made it possible to scale the work with client requests several times and has sufficient potential for further expansion.
In 2022, many representatives of Russian business were left without service support and familiar software due to the departure of Western IT vendors. Under these conditions, Mobius Technologies took on the role of a service partner and integrator, which required a serious restructuring of internal processes and an increase in staff. The former service support department was transformed into a three-tier structure. The first level - field engineers performing work on the client's territory; the second is remote support; the third - experts on individual products (both full-time specialists and remote partners).
As a result, the company needed a large-scale service desk solution that could automate the work with client requests with such a three-level structure. At the same time, the search was conducted among domestic suppliers in order to avoid sanctions risks. After analyzing the offer available on the market, several options were selected. A more detailed study narrowed the choice to two options, from which the platform from Okdesk was recognized as the best.
