2023: Transition to BRIS-Housing and Communal Services

Sakhalin GIAC Municipal Unitary Enterprise switched to innovative cloudy billing BRIS HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES from Sberbank JSC "" Design solutions(part of the Sberbank Group). BRIS HOUSING AND PUBLIC UTILITIES is a digital platform for automatic calculation of charges and accounting for payments for housing and communal services.

As part of the project, JSC "SETTLEMENT SOLUTIONS" made a two-stage migration of databases for the Municipal Unitary Enterprise of the GIAC of the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, made settings for the form of the payment document and the registers of collectors, finalized the reporting system, set up modules for precision-claim work of the company and interaction with GIS housing and communal services.

Now residents of Sakhalin can carry out all operations related to the receipt and transfer of data for housing and communal services, as well as payment of receipts online through the BRIS housing and communal services mobile application or in their personal account on the website of the settlement organization. This system, designed to automate the processes of accrual and accounting of payments for residential premises, provides data exchange between all participants in the process of both the settlement center and Sakhalin residents.

The convenience of innovative cloud billing has already been appreciated by many residents of the city. In the period from January to March 2023, the number of personal accounts connected to the system increased 4 times: from 31 thousand to 123 thousand.

BRIS Housing and Communal Services allows Sakhalin residents to receive and pay for utilities in a timely manner without filling out readings on forms and waiting for receipts in mailboxes. By performing all operations through a mobile application or personal account, users can independently monitor charges in a format convenient for them, "said Svetlana Valerievna Frolova, Acting Director of the MUP GIAC company in Sakhalin.

Billing BRIS Housing and Communal Services contributes to a comprehensive solution of problems related to the calculation and accrual of housing and communal services.
