Billing settlement and information system "BRIS" for calculating charges for housing and communal services for settlement centers, management companies and homeowners' partnerships.

This service does not require the cost of deploying an IT infrastructure (a "cloud" solution), provides high calculation speed and has a flexible configuration system, which significantly reduces the cost of launching and supporting the accrual calculation service. The platform was introduced in 10 regions of the Russian Federation, more than 2 million personal accounts are under maintenance (spring 2019 data).

The platform "BRIS-Housing and Communal Services" allows:

• calculate charges for housing and communal services and issue a Unified Payment Document to individuals, including in electronic form;
• transmit meter readings and make payments using a personal account and mobile application;
• perform automatic unloading of charges for housing and communal services, metering devices and their readings to the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services (); GIS HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES
• carry out claim and claim work with debtors to reduce debts;
• maintain passport records of residents with the possibility of issuing them all kinds of certificates and statements on the personal account;
• calculate benefits to the population;

• More than 300 counterparties.
• Remote centralized charges for 50 thousand personal accounts for 40 housing and communal services organizations of the Irkutsk and Orlovskaya regions.
• Since September 2018, it has been calculating the fee for handling MSW in the Tula region.
