NOVATEK-AZK Thanks to these products, a network of 86 stations received a channel for communication, promotion loyalty and sales. NOVATEK-AZK registered 99,600 customers of the network in its loyalty program.

The NOVATEK-AZK application has a dynamic QR code that serves as a loyalty card and is protected from loss, damage and copying. Also, thanks to him, network customers do not need to dictate a mobile number to the cashier operator and there is no need to wear a plastic analogue.

An increase in the number of loyalty program participants using the mobile application will allow the company to save money that goes to SMS and cash tape. When presenting a QR code, loyalty operations are performed without SMS confirmation. Users of the application can reconfigure the sending of checks to e-mail. Also, it is no longer necessary to issue and maintain plastic cards, and customers do not need to go for them to the office or to the station. The card appears in the application immediately after registration.

Access to the LC is carried out through the web interface. The functionality of the cabinet is identical to the application, with the exception of the absence of a loyalty card in it.

With these products, the company notifies about news and promotions and collects feedback, including for each completed transaction. The functionality of the application allows you to deliver information through push notifications. The user of the NOVATEK-AZK loyalty program through the application and LC has access to a map of the network of gas stations with information about each station and the ability to build a route. All CDs can be filtered by shares and the goods and services provided on them.

With this mobile application and LC, NOVATEK-AZK has received a marketing tool that is useful to the business and carries additional value for customers. Thanks to the implemented developments, the company, in addition to mobile numbers, collects an active database of email addresses that can be used to solve business problems. The mobile application from iT-Oil for NOVATEK-AZK is protected from possible sanctions, as it is available on four platforms: Google Play, App Store, RuStore and Huawei AppGallery.

The mobile application and LC are part of the iT-Oil loyalty subsystem, thanks to which NOVATEK-AZK can use different mechanics when working with customers: earning points when buying according to flexibly customizable rules, providing discounts depending on accumulated points, exchanging points for prizes and other options. At the same time, various modes of accumulating, zeroing and earning points are also available.

2023: Launch of the online version of the program "iT-Oil: Loyalty"

Novatek has implemented a project to introduce an online version of the iT-Oil: Loyalty program. This was announced on July 31, 2023 by IT-Oil.

The company has an extensive network of gas stations throughout Russia.

The start of cooperation between iT-Oil and NOVATEK-AZK started in 2011, when the Central Office of Retail Network and Gas Station Management in the Chelyabinsk Region was automated, the integrated iT-Oil solution was first introduced, and continues to this day as business develops in the regions.

As of July 2023, 98 gas stations were automated in 12 regions of Russia, including more than 25 automatic (non-operator) gas stations, AGNKS and multi-fuel gas stations (MAZK).

NOVATEK decided to update the existing earlier offline card loyalty program and switch to a more up-to-date online loyalty program that is more suitable in its parameters for working with customers. Now, to accumulate bonus points, the client no longer needs to present a card, it is enough to give the cashier a phone number, which is the identifier of the cardholder, and for debiting points - a phone number and a confirmation code, which comes in the form of SMS or an incoming call.

Registration of the telephone number in the system is carried out directly at the cash desk by the gas station operator or through a call to the Hotline (for objects where there is no cashier).

Bonuses are accrued and written off for all types of fuel, goods and services in the stores of AZK NOVATEK (except for tobacco products).

At the same time, the previously existing cards can be "tied" to the launched system, and thus significantly simplify the transition to an online loyalty program, and if the client still wants to get a plastic card in addition to a virtual one, then this can also be done with the help of gas station operators.

The parameters of the loyalty subsystem, as before, are managed centrally in the iT-Oil Processing Center, and the schemes for earning and writing off points have been finalized taking into account the wishes of the Customer.

As a result of the project, the loyalty program of the ABC network "With NOVA Bonus" gives customers the following advantages:

  • A better points system is in place;
  • Bonuses are tied to a phone number - a plastic card is no longer needed;
  • You can pay with points the purchase of products and drinks, auto goods and services of AZK NOVATEK.
