Project Description

The TRICS company successfully completed the translation of the accounting software of GP "Nevsky and Ladoga District of Waterways and Navigation" which is a part of State Budgetary Institution Volgobalt from the previous generation of the Member of a labor party system working in the MS DOS mode on version 3.x. based on Oracle DBMS.

Implementation Progress

Start of the new software was performed in several stages. First of all functions of department of work and the salary (the staff list, a scale of charges, etc.) were worked out, then personnel document flow was adjusted and automated. At the second stage import of data from an old system was made and the block of payroll and the module of integration from the accounting system functioning at the enterprise under control of a software package Parus is brought into operation.

As the staff of the enterprise, work with version 3.x notes. the Member of a labor party systems allowed to consider quickly all changes happening in work of the enterprise that, certainly, increased efficiency and quality of acceptance of management decisions.
