2025: Development of a module for organizing and conducting electronic voting

Navicon has completed the next stage of the project for the development of the Personal Account of the Investor (LCI) for JSC Specialized Depository INFINITUM. Navicon announced this on March 26, 2025. The module for organizing and conducting electronic voting, implemented in LKI, will allow preparing and conducting electronic votes of the investment committee of the unit investment fund and general meetings of owners of investment units in a remote format from anywhere in the world.

The electronic voting module is a technological tool for organizing and conducting electronic voting. It allows you to automate the full cycle of the business process - from creating a meeting with questions, materials and a list of participants to counting and publishing totals, forming a standard protocol.

Within the framework of the project, Navicon specialists designed the functionality of the module based on, DBMS PostgreSQL and also provided integration with the system access control, RooX UIDM for mail server sending and (SMS SMSC email) and internal customer systems.

Both individuals and legal entities will be able to participate in the voting. The system integrator and developer Navicon on August 7, 2023 announced the development of an investor's personal account (LKI) for the Specialized Depository INFINITUM JSC.

With the help of LKI, a user online, without the need to contact his management company, can receive information about the opening of a personal account of the owner of investment units, indicating current information about the account and balances, view data on accounts and transactions, as well as download supporting documents. This makes it possible to increase the speed and quality of service in a remote format and fully complies with the requirements of Bank of Russia Regulation No. 799-P dated 29.06.2022 "On Opening and Maintaining by the Holder of the Register of Holders of Securities of Personal Accounts and Accounts Not Intended for Accounting of Rights to Securities."

LCI for INFINITUM - Navicon development on an individual project. The company's specialists deployed the ready-made solution as soon as possible - in just 4 months. During this time, the Navicon team designed the basic functionality of the LKI based on the PostgreSQL DBMS, provided integration with the RooX UIDM access control system and the customer's internal corporate systems.

Special attention was paid to the compliance of the developed solution with the security requirements in accordance with GOST R 57580.1-2017 "Security of financial (banking) operations. Information protection of financial institutions. Basic composition of organizational and technical measures. " For this, a complex multi-component architecture was developed, user authentication through RooX UIDM was configured, a distributed software message broker Apache Kafka was chosen as a reliable transport system between security zones.

The introduction of the investor's personal account made it possible to obtain an electronic service that is as integrated as possible with the company's IT landscape, allowing users to provide remote services. The LKI user in "one click" can see the current information on all his accounts of the owner of investment units and receive a report on the transactions carried out.
