2023: Transition to "BIT: Medical Center Management "
IT integrator "First Bit" transferred the Moscow network of reproduction and genetics centers "Nova Clinic" to the comprehensive medical information systemBIT. Management of the medical center. This increased the effectiveness of key business processes in the clinic - from enrolling patients in the clinic to managing the appointment of a reproductive doctor. The work of personnel has been simplified, labor costs in divisions have been reduced by 15%, and the formation of management reporting has accelerated by 40%. This was announced by "First Bit" on August 10, 2023.
A specialized clinic was installed in the clinic, medical ON but it did not allow the management to quickly receive the necessary reports on the work of the clinic, it was difficult to adapt to new ones. business processes At the same time, his support required great costs.
It was decided to switch to a circulation solution for the automation of medical centers. A prerequisite was the implementation of the product on the 1C platform, as well as the possibility of modifications and integrations with other software. The choice was made in favor of the medical information system (MIS) BIT. Management of the medical center. The implementation partner was the Central Office of First Bit in Moscow.
The introduction of BIT.UMC made it possible to automate the key business processes of the Nova Clinic network. One of them is pre-registration of patients for an appointment. For the convenience of administrators, additional selections have been added to the log so that doctors who provide a specific service can be selected.
Warehouse accounting is fully automated. The receipt and transfer of materials is recorded in the MIS. Materials are written off automatically if consumption rates are set up, or manually when an inventory is drawn up.
Specialists of the First Bit developed and implemented the ECO subsystem, which was not in the standard functionality of the program. With its help, the clinic can systematize everything information about patients, including medical history, examination and treatment protocols, manage the schedule of fertilization procedures, and automate the process of monitoring the health of patients and embryos, including the management of medicines and nutritional recommendations.
The Cryolaboratory unit was also introduced. It allows you to manage information about the samples (origin, date of collection, transportation and storage) and their composition (type of tissue, cells or fluid taken from the sample). Also, with its help, the clinic staff organize the storage of samples in cryo-containers, their collection and preparation for analysis, including the schedule and coordination of the process between laboratories and specialists.
