2023: Moving Robotic Processes to the PIX RPA Platform

The company "First Bit" on August 15, 2023 announced the completion of the project to transfer the robotic processes of the S7 holding to the PIX RPA platform. Software robots help with the tasks of various departments, performing the work of more than 20 employees.

S7 Holding introduces modern technologies and imposes high requirements for the reliability, stability and flexibility of the solutions being implemented. To select the optimal solution that meets the needs of the business, an analysis of the platform market was carried out RPA. As a result of the competition procedure, the company chose the PIX RPA solution, and in the role of an expert to participate in the migration IT-integrator the "First Bit," which has extensive practice working with the PIX RPA platform.

The main task of the project import substitution is a foreign solution UiPath and the operational transfer of robots to. domestic platform Common Service Center The company uses more than 50 software robots to solve the problems of internal customers - all divisions of the S7 holding - including for the formation of accounting tax and reporting, personnel support, formation and distribution of documents for passengers, updates data in the web interface and much more.

Digital employees act as a tool for fast and cheap automation, help in the migration of other systems and increase the performance of CSRs without hiring additional staff. Robots do the work of almost 20 employees, and the loss or incorrect operation of this tool would lead to significant financial losses.

To speed up migration, the project used the PIX Adapter module, which significantly reduced costs and resources when moving from UiPath to the PIX platform. Thanks to the joint efforts of both teams, the migration project went smoothly and was implemented as planned.

"During the project, we felt active support not only from the First Bit integrator, but also from the developer of the PIXRobotics solution. The vendor promptly provides technical support, develops the platform, adding new functions, and is open to a dialogue about the possibilities of the solution. This allowed our team to quickly migrate all robotic processes in a short time and return to the robotization of new business tasks, - said Alexey Urzhumov, head of robotization, S7. - We are always focused on the manufacturability and quality of the implemented solutions. We can plan with confidence the use of the platform as a tool for automating business processes in the aviation industry. "

After the transition to the PIX RPA platform, the company optimized processes and increased the number of robots, thus reducing the burden on employees to perform routine operations. This made it possible to increase throughput when performing the same type of operations and free up resources to solve other cases. Employees of the S7 holding continue to develop the RPA direction and launch new robots.

"The project of migration of S7 holding robots to PIX RPA was for us as interesting as possible and full of challenges. The aircraft sphere requires accuracy and manufacturability from processes, there are great opportunities for versatile work of robots. We went through a difficult and intense competition, where we had to not only overtake other Russian platforms, but also primarily meet the customer's expectations that the platform would meet the requirements for replacing UiPath. The S7 team has a wide expertise in RPA and digital transformation in general, and we are glad to develop our cooperation further, "said Vyacheslav Musolov, Commercial Director of PIX Robotics.
