Korus Consulting launches new K-Team intranet for Pioneer

2023: Implementation of the K-Team corporate portal

According to the customer, with the launch of the portal, the work of personnel from different departments and remote offices has become more productive, and interaction is convenient and effective: now all employees quickly receive news, exchange experience and work on tasks in a single window.

Since 2001, Pioneer has been specializing in the construction of multifunctional complexes, residential and commercial real estate in Moscow and St. Petersburg with subsequent management and service.

Prior to the transition to the K-Team enterprise portal, the company implemented an intranet based on the Microsoft SharePoint platform, which was not popular among employees due to the limited functions, lack of additional options and an outdated interface. In addition, the company's management planned to create a new corporate portal on domestic software as part of the import substitution program.

The Korus Consulting team conducted in-depth interviews with Pioneer employees and top management. According to the survey results, it turned out that most of the information is transmitted by employees to each other personally, which puts remote offices (sales offices, construction headquarters) in a separate position. Information about the events of the company was distributed by e-mail and important mailings could be lost in a stream of work letters.

Together with the customer, the team identified the main goal of introducing the new intranet - to create a modern, intuitive tool for work and a unified information environment for communication of all employees of the company. For implementation, we chose the K-Team solution, which closes the main business requests.

To the basic functionality, the K-Team added the ability to create content landing pages, such as: HR policy, which contains important information about internal rules (adaptation, communication rules, benefits, training, bonuses); section "New employee" - it contains information with which the acquaintance and path of newcomers to the company begins. Also, K-Team specialists have developed a assignment block to track an employee's career growth, implemented additional widgets in the employee's personal account for ease of navigation through the company's internal systems. The corporate portal has become a single point of access for employees to basic work services, news feed and documents.
