2023: Connection to the Pulse HR platform

MTS-Bank on August 18, 2023 announced the connection to the Russian HR platform Pulse. This is a digital environment for human resources management, which is addressed to both current employees and company leaders, as well as candidates who are interviewed for open positions in the bank.

Thanks to the introduction of the Pulse platform from Sberbank, MTS Bank was able to solve a number of urgent problems: it automated and synchronized 100% of HR processes with each other, created a single digital workplace and a mobile marketplace of internal processes, implemented end-to-end HR analytics, and now the heads of bank divisions can receive up-to-date information about the team in real time, set tasks for subordinates and track the implementation of projects within the team. Thus, users got a convenient and intuitive interface.

Earlier, MTS Bank used more than 10 different IT systems to automate HR processes, many of which were available only in the internal perimeter of the company. This created barriers to the efficiency and seamlessness of the client path, so MTS Bank decided to "rebuild" the HR digitalization landscape for fast, high-quality interaction with employees and provide them with HR services in full. After careful selection of HR technologies from several vendors of the domestic market, MTS Bank chose the Pulse comprehensive HR platform to solve this problem.

According to the bank, the key criteria for choosing Pulse were a single digital space for all users, a dedicated implementation and support team, 100% HR process coverage, a mobile application, modern UI/UX and availability from any 24/7 device. Also of great importance for MTS Bank was the compliance of the product with high safety requirements.

MTS Bank connected 100% of employees to Pulse. The key services of Pulse are selection, training and development, internal communications, tests and surveys, 360 assessment, as well as personal performance assessment, career, HR analytics. The number of unique users per month is 100%, on the day "Pulse" is visited by 32% of the employee.

Earlier in early 2023, MTS Bank transferred all employees to electronic personnel document management. This eliminated the need to draw up internal personnel documents on paper, and connecting to the Pulse platform was the next systematic step for the bank as part of the digitalization of all key HR processes.
