2023: Implementation of GigaChat and Kandinsky

The HR Pulse platform Sberbank has introduced a service GigaChat and, neuronet Kandinsky for corporate clients, the functionality of these solutions will be available in the first half of 2024. Sberbank announced this on November 29, 2023.

Kandinsky creates visuals for educational materials, synthesizes illustrations (for example, covers) based on various texts: these can be descriptions of courses, articles, and decryptions of audio fragments. Kandinsky also knows how to generate original postcards to congratulate colleagues on the holidays. And GigaChat reduces writing costs by educational content generating lesson texts, short program descriptions and other educational materials.

2022: Entering the External Market

Sberbank on June 8, 2022 announced the launch of its own HR-platform "Pulse" to the foreign market. The special value of Pulse for companies is the automation of the full cycle of key HR processes: attraction, registration, adaptation, training, goal setting, feedback, personnel assessment, career and development, electronic HR services, end-to-end HR analytics, reporting, internal communications, etc.

Pulse - 100% domestic software certified by the FSTEC for compliance with the requirements of the order on the protection of personal data No. 21 of February 18, 2013, the certificate was received on April 15, 2022.

The product is adapted to work with any device, including smartphones and tablets, and is available to users in 24/7 mode. Pulse uses artificial intelligence technologies and recommendation models, thanks to which it becomes an effective personal assistant for managers, HR specialists and every employee of the company.

Sberbank was prompted to create its own HR platform by the lack of a tool on the market that meets the current requirements of large companies: seamless automation of personnel processes, the use of artificial intelligence for analytics and data-based decision-making.

The purpose of the development of "Pulse" was the creation of an advanced product that will solve personnel problems within the framework of one platform. As of June 2022, more than 230 thousand employees of the Sberbank ecosystem use Pulse.

2021: Sber abandoned the SAP Success Factors HR solution in favor of its own Pulse platform

As it became known to TAdviser, in 2021 the Sber group completed the migration from the "zoo" of HR solutions to the unified Pulse platform, which was developed internally. According to the press service of Sberbank, already in October 2021, the group did not renew its licenses for the SAP Success Factors solution, which it used to manage personnel along with other systems.
