GK 1520 digitalized traffic control on five BAM trips

2023: Implementation of MPC-EL

On the roads 2062 km, 2081 km (section Dugabul - Uncur), 2905 km (section Dugda - Nora), Zvonkoye and Blokpost 3048 km introduced the first domestic microprocessor centralization system MPC-EL.

With the help of MPC-EL, you can remotely regulate the operation of switch electric drives, traffic lights and other floor devices. The system allows you to establish train routes, monitor equipment parameters in dynamics and timely identify pre-failure states. Built-in cyber protection eliminates unauthorized access to digital technology. Hot redundancy of all components provides high reliability.

The microprocessor systems that GC 1520 implements at BAM are adapted to the harsh climate of the region and operate smoothly at extremely low and extremely high temperatures. In addition, all automation is equipped with protection against impulse overvoltages (for example, when lightning hits).

The work is part of the second stage of modernization of the Eastern Railway Landfill. Digitalization ensures reliability and traffic safety, improves line efficiency and reduces operating costs.
